These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 96won ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 96won website located at https://96won.cam and all related services, games, promotions, and features made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any service offered by 96won, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 96won platform and must not attempt to register an account or engage with any services offered herein.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

To register and maintain a Player Account on 96won, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 96won enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the platform, consistent with internationally recognised standards for responsible gambling.
• You must be registering as an individual, not as a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on the 96won platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of 96won is legal in your country or region of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 96won or any of its affiliates, game studio partners, or payment processing partners.
• You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the 96won platform or from any affiliated gaming platform under the same operational group.
• You must be registering for personal entertainment purposes only, using funds that are legitimately your own and that have not been obtained through unlawful means.
• You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will, without coercion or compulsion from any third party.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Player Account only on the 96won platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 96won reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending winnings, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful and kept up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 96won will never ask you to disclose your password to any staff member or third party. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Before any withdrawal from your Player Account can be processed, you are required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves the submission of a valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address dated within three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and in some cases a self-portrait (selfie) photograph. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

A Player Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 96won reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. Dormant accounts will not be closed without prior written notice to the registered email address.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 96won platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 96won supports the following approved payment methods for Malaysian players: FPX Online Banking (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating Malaysian banks), DuitNow Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Player Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. Any delay should be reported to customer support within 24 hours.
• 96won does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 96won Player Account. This is a strict anti-money laundering requirement.
• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Verified players using DuitNow or FPX typically receive withdrawal funds within 3 to 10 minutes during standard banking hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM MYT). Processing times may vary during public holidays or periods of high transaction volume.
• 96won reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Refer to Section 6 for full details.

96won offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits arising from bonus winnings. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering requirements specify the total bet amount that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings are converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a bonus of RM100 means the player must place a total of RM3,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once.
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion or deposit limits are not eligible for certain promotional offers. This restriction exists to support responsible gambling.
• 96won reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

96won operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond tiers. Participation in the VIP programme is at the sole discretion of 96won. VIP benefits including cashback rates, monthly bonus credits, and dedicated account manager access are governed by separate VIP Programme Terms which may be updated from time to time. 96won reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme with reasonable notice.

All games available on the 96won platform operate in accordance with the rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets. Placement of a bet constitutes acceptance of the applicable game rules.

All casino games on the 96won platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the supplying game studio and represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed returns for individual sessions.

Sports betting markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events are governed by the Sports Betting Rules published on the platform. 96won reserves the right to void bets, amend odds, or suspend markets in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed or suspected match-fixing, data errors, technical malfunctions, or significant late-breaking information affecting the integrity of the event.

In the event of a software, hardware, or connectivity malfunction that interrupts gameplay or produces an erroneous outcome, 96won reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Malfunction voids all related pays and plays. Players who experience a game malfunction should contact customer support immediately with relevant details including game name, time, and account information.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 96won platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent banning from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, AI systems, or other automated mechanisms to interact with the platform, games, or betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies across markets in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own legal name, including the use of another person's bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical operations of the 96won platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 96won staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the 96won platform — including but not limited to the 96won brand name and logo, website design and layout, software and source code, game graphics and audio, written content, promotional materials, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 96won or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works from any content on the 96won platform without prior written authorisation.

96won collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention systems as necessary for the operation of the platform.

96won implements technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and segregated data storage — to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

96won is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of our operations. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and we recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. 96won provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous gameplay.

• Loss of funds or revenue resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and involve financial risk.
• Interruptions to service, technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or scheduled maintenance downtime.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in game or sports betting information displayed on the platform, where such inaccuracies are attributable to third-party content providers.
• Actions taken by 96won in good faith to comply with applicable anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligations.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 96won's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

96won reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for unlawful purposes including money laundering or fraud.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is under the minimum age of 21.
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of applicable fees or forfeited bonuses will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

96won reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record with at least 7 days' advance notice where practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

Your continued use of the 96won platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
